Patience my friend. If you know where they like to hangout set up your blind and wait them out. Thats what I do when they dont want to play nicely.

Yep, get between the roost and where they want to be and hang out. Some people call that bushwhacking, I call it doing your homework.

I'd like to help ya Chief but I've been banned from the store, again.

I guess they were serious about bringin' my bow in to the freezer section.

Works out ok though. Those frozen peas were murder on my posterior area.

Agreed...just find the area they want to be in and hang out for awhile...they will show.

That was my problem last year! This year however, they are smoking hot!
I think I would try sneaking in during the pitch black and setting up within 50 yards of their roost and also in a direction where you think they'll head.

I should also mention try them at like 10-11am after the hens have left them.

I've killed 17 turkeys to date.....2 were before 8am and the rest were after 10:30!!!

I like the late shift!!! late shift = sleep in
