Default One more week for these guys!

Well I think youngbuck and I have these birds pretty much patterned. Youngbuck will be hunting these birds the first day. He wont even let me hunt the birds on the land owned by my uncle. I always thought it was family first. Just kidding I will wait until he kills one and go for the seconds after I fill my first tag on our lease. (hopefully) These pics are pretty neat. As you can see no need to brush blinds in for turkeys. Right youngbuck! Well I better stop picking on youngbuck so here are the pics.

SO..........that's what they look like?!?!

It has been real tough here in Illinois. Jakes and toms are still hanging out together and they don't gobble at all after fly down.

I'm super-pumped up for this weekend! I've been seeing birds regularly!

In fact, I had a hen walk across my back yard to within about 6' of my house to get to my bird feeder this morning! My cat was going NUTS!

Then on the way in to work, there was a big ole strutter on the one golf course I pass!

I just hope they cooperate!

Funny you should say that...Bull called me the other morning, and said it looked like the turkeys were trying to crawl in there! They were chasing each other around the blind like looney tunes!
