Who all goes bowing for bunnies?
I always like to try and shoot them with my bow, I think it really helps me get ready for elk hunting with my bow. What do you all think?

tryed...darn things ...can be tough to stop.....blunts break arrows when you miss...(with me it happens alot) and most anything else passes right through..then you gotta start the search....kinda like shooting squirls in a tree...not useally a good idea.....unless your part monkey....I can miss a bunny at 10yrds but i bet i can hit any rock you chose up to 50 yards.....bammmmmmm there goes another arrow.... marty

Yes you can loose a lot of arrows, but try the Judo points, made a big difference.

Pesky things are in my backyard almost every night. They've got all my tulips eaten down to the ground. I've gone from using my target tips on them to just using an old broadhead...they don't make it very far that way.

STX has cottontails and jackrabbits behind every bush and lots of times we end up chasing them instead of deer. i use judu's on the cottontails, but have a bunch of used broadheads for jacks because they can be tough to stop. Have seen them take a bh through the shoulders and run 60yds leaving more blood than most deer ever think about leaving.

From time to time, I'll pinch on a rabbit. I never go out looking for them but if I see one, I'll send one his way!

I've got a couple in the yard every evening (along w/ that coon that has taken up residence in my shed
) the dog usually sees them when we go out for his evening "nature call" and takes off after them. He usually stops but it's annoying anyway. So yesterday I was heading out and saw one in the driveway, and since I've got the .410 with ooo buckshot for that coon in the hall closet -- the bunny got an acute case of lead poisoning!!! Wow what a mess 5 000 pellets sure put quite a hole in him!!

We have found some FAT Jacks up in the grass lands. Come October... I expect to poke a hole in of them.
