My co-worker and his wife went fishing and took home some Drum. He said the one she caught, she named "Drum Stick"! lol

I asked if she made him into fish stick drum sticks. lol

Never had drum before but catch an awful pile of them on Erie and the Grand River. How do they taste? I prefer walleye myself also.
