Default Any one still hunting

Well my season is winding down fast, I have to the 17th. I seen my big buck tonight about 80-90 yrds out. Maybe we will get that close encounter before the sun goes down thursday. Going back at it in the AM.
I have to say that this season has been like a game of chest. I feel like Im always 1 move away from check mate. And if I dont get him this year, I'll be coming back next year a little smarter. And I know he will too.

Today was our last day of deer. I wanted to get out but I fell asleep and when I woke up it was to late! Oh well.... Now I can look forward to turkeys.

Just got back frrom the ATA show and we are filming a few show openers tomorrow and then I am off to Eagle lake Outfitters down in Pike for my last chance on my buck for the season. I can tell you this, it has been a LONG rough season for me but it all will boil down to the last three days of season and I promise we will keep you in the loop how it turns out. If you all could keep your fingers crossed, I NEED IT.
this story is to be continued.........

I'm still hunting, too. Our bow season is in until the 21st, so I've got a few more days to get in some time in the woods. I'm tagged out in KY except for my doe tags so I'll be looking to fill the freezer. Then, time to start preparing for turkey season
