I'm shooting 62 now; dropped the poundage for the late season. when the weather gets warmer, i will starting working my back up to 65-67 pounds. I will probably leave my bow set at 62 through turkey season.
I finally wised up from my earlier days of shooting 82 pounds. I won't shoot that again.

I shoot between 45 and 50 pounds. I have a bad shoulder anything over 50 pounds will dislocate it on the draw. That's not a fun feeling, trust me!
