I cut my teeth raccoon hunting and rabbit hunting, plus squirrels. I love BBQ Raccoon! mmm good.
Haven't hunted coons in years! Prefer the big game critters now, besides it was getting hard to coonhunt in Indiana.

It's a tie between Wild Hogs and WT Deer right now since here in Texas most people are so greedy about their precious deer - not a poor man's sport here except for hogs - it's really turned me off to deer hunting here at home!) IMHO
then Elk (Haven't gotten one yet but I've hunted them a bunch)
Mule Deer
Turkey
Ducks
(Haven't tried moose, bear, goose, caribou or antelope hunting yet - soon for the goose and antelope though).

My favorite meat is bear and moose. The bear has to be made just right though.

I'd love to try duck and/or goose hunting one day. Used to squirrel hunt as a teenager, loved it fried. once I made squirrel and dumplings, like you would make chicken and dumplings.
