People complain but KY aint that bad for residents. $95 gets you a sportsmans license, which includes:

Hunting License
Fishing License
Trout Permit
State Migratory Bird Permit
All Fall Turkey Tags, which I think includes 4, 2 archery 2 gun
2 Spring Turkey Tags
2 Deer tags, 1 buck and 1 doe, or 2 does.

Bonus doe permits can be bought for around 20-25 for two more does as well.

Only thing you need to buy on top of the sportsmans license is a federal duck stamp if you duck hunt, other than that your golden to go hunt whatever you please in KY, fishing as well.

I forget the rest, but we also have a "Sportsman" license for $60 that covers EVERYTHING except the Federal Duck Stamp, which is $25.

I don't have to pay a thing anymore with my GA Lifetime License. Good thing since I had to move out of state. To go back now the non-resident fees have to be pretty high.
