Going to alaska!

My lovely bride of 30 years and I, are heading out next Tuesday,Sept 7, for an Alaskan cruise. This is our anniversary present to ourselves! No hunting, just quality time spent with my lady. Juneau, Kechican and Scagway are the ports we'll be visiting. She wants to catch a charter boat to go fishin while in one of the ports. Temps, by the WeatherChannel, show in the 40s-60s with rain most days but I ain't gonna let that mess up a well deserved vacation for us.
Oh and we'll get to spend a whole day cruising Glacier Bay.

A friend of mine just sent me some photos of his trip/cruise in Alaskan water and ports. Nothing like it in lower 48. Be sure you have a wide angle lense with you.

I tried to go back and change the way I titled it but couldn't figure how so...


Anyhoo, This was planned as a vacation for US, not me, so I'll be leaving anything that may be construed as a hunting implement at the house. Lord knows I don't need her mad at me while confined on a boat. I don't care how dang big it is, there just ain't no place to hide and you can only run so long!
