Yeah, I know, took a peek in there and saw that "person" immediately. Too bad I still have a few friends over there. You need to go back and say "Luke, I'm your moderator. Come to me Luke" while breathing heavily.

Websters Dictionary defines MODERATE as:
1. avoiding extremes of behavior;
2. a tending toward the mean or average;
3. professing or characterizing political or social beliefs that are not of the extreme;
4. limited in scope or effect;
5. not expensive; and
6. of medium lightness and medium chroma.

The key thought concept in this is medium or "middle of the road". Keeping this in mind, a Moderator should be someone who maintains the medium. Unfortunately, many sites have "moderators" that believe the title makes them the ultimate authority on everything. Disagree with them and you're a misfit and no longer welcome.

I say you're doing a fine job as moderator. Keep up the good work.

Yes, unfortunately, some think they are God, and act like total idiots. Of course, if all those forums had instigators like you, I can see how that can happen.
