Default Illinois Bowfishing Tournaments

I'm not sure where to put this since there's no bowfishing forum.

First I want to thank Archer's Choice Media for the generous donation to these events! It is very much appreciated!

First, this is coming up next weekend:

We have bunches of prizes for the kids, including a brand new Oneida Youth bow. It runs from 8am -4pm. Free food and drinks for the kids too.

Also, the same weekend.... Same boat ramp.. just slightly different start and stop times.

On April 17-18th we held the 5th Annual Billy Davis Memorial Bowfishing tournament on Rend Lake. We had 29 boat teams and 6 walking teams. A cold snap made the bowfishing tough but still, over 1100 fish were brought in.

You don't have to be a member to come to the shoots, everyone is invited. These are more fun than competition. It's a great place to check out all the different rigs everyone uses too.

I'd love to see some AC folks there.
