Yeah we are 2-3 hours south of Farmington, we hunt pubic land and 2 ranches maybe 3 this year.

I hunted Chama NM a few years ago. Only saw one bull! It was an amazing experience however, I want to return and hunt them again. Will be back in New Mexico this summer at the NRA Whittenton center teaching archery

Hey thats cool, the NRA Whittenton center is really nice, my Dad and I stayed their for my 1st elk hunt.
