Besides some of the obvious choices (moose, griz, etc)....what would be something that you would absolutely love to hunt but there is only a .000001% chance of doing so???
My short list is 1. Red Stag 2. giant Croc 3. Ibex

Alaskan moose and black bear with my Freedom Arms 454 would be my #1 hunt. If I could add a caribou in on the same hunt that would be that much better.
It'll never happen but a guy can dream can't he

Most of those critters are in the U.S. on very large ranches, except the large croc. and some of the best red stags are in N.Z. on ranches.
Me I'd like to go to Africa and bowhunt for a month. Not necessarily any of the big five dangerous game with a bow but have a great experience hunting there animals. |

You disqualified one of my choices, but my top 3 would be:
1. Brown Bear - spot and stalk with a bow during the salmon run 2. Mountain Goat - at the lowest elevation possible 3. Mountain Caribou - see elevation note above |
