has anyone seen the the new bows hoyt came out with?they look awesome!

not yet but I'm going to go look at the web site right now.I have some one that wants to buy my vectrix so I'll be looking for a new bow.I was thinking the alphamax but I like the x-force how fast it is.

I love the look of the maxxis,I think that might be my new bow if it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.I wonder why they don't have the high IBO speeds that the other companies are pushing.

Maybe somebody finally figured out that speed don't make accuracy...just a thought

Check out the alphaburner...pushing 340!!! That should be plenty fast for ya

I will say the new Hoyt lineup looks pretty interesting. kind of surprising. Couple of these bows are quite a depature for Hoyt. One of the critisisms I've read of hoyt is they haven't necassarily been making some of the same strides in advancements as others but these are definately different. That carbon one is alien like. Don't fret timba I like speed as well. Of course a well placed shot is most important, but i like speed.

Speed is great, if you can shoot it. It takes some of the error out of yardage estimation. Yes I know we all use our AC rangefinders, but when it happens fast and you don't have time to range that animal if you arevoff by 5 yards you have less trajectory to deal with.

To me its not a big problem I like the speed my vectrix shoots but a buddy of mine has the pse x-force ss and that thing shoots flat at 40 yards.

It seems like all the other companies are try for see who will be the first to 400fps
