I have found that the Tru-Fire 3D hunter 4 finger thumb release has improved my accuracy. I have given up hunting with a strap type release since I've been shooting this one.
I recently bought a Carter Chocolate addiction and I'm learning how to use it. It's in another league.

Jim Fletcher Fletchhunter (love this release) for hunting and 3D

Use a T.R.U Ball Sweet Spot II Ultra 3 (back tension) for practice.

I'm not real good with the back tension but it helps me control target panic.
