Going Elk hunting!!

Congrats! I got turned down again for SD, maybe someday i'll draw a tag in SD, but I think its time to go elsewhere, we're thinking Montana next year, if we can figure out their system.

Did you hear about the disease that is causing problems in the KY elk herd??? It is some weird "bug" that spoils the meat that is anywhere near the spine.

I tell you what, since I am firefighter that is trained in a lot of areas...when you are successful, remove the tainted meat along the back of the elk...aka backstraps....and send them to me.

I will dispose of them for you!!!!

You could bring it over to my grill. I got a real fancy one that I won in a contest. It's still in the box. It's a Vermont Castings Grill. I think it even has lights for nighttime grilling. I've been waiting to get moved in to the new place before I get it out.
