Monster, Careerbuilder, Yahoo hotjobs, USAJOBS.gov, Careers.ga.gov, AtlantaRecruiter.com, etc., etc., etc.

I'm a member of a job networking Yahoogroup, get about 15 emails a day with lists of jobs, but every one that I have the experience for is asking for a Bachelors degree or some sort of certification. And I don't have either.

Apply anyway, most will trade on job experience for a degree.

Yep, apply anyhow! You never know untl you try. The worst that could happen is they say no. At least you won't have to sit and wonder and worry yourself to death about the "what if's" of it. Shoot, take a lower paying job. Like I tell my daughter, the money is still green and it spends the same. Use it as a supplement while you're looking for the one you want.

What's worse than them saying no? Them not saying anything at all. Since March I've probably applied online for well over 100 different jobs, many of them requiring Bachelors degree but I applied anyway, and I've had maybe 10 or 15 actually respond (other than the automated "thank you for applying, if our recruiters feel you match our requirements, we will contact you."). And all of the true responses so far have been to say that they have chosen to continue their search for the candidate to match their requirements more closely.

The absolute worst thing that can haapen to anyone is death. So, given that, just hang in there.

Here's an exercise for you: Get a clean piece of paper. Scribble all over it. Draw lines and curves and swirlies...whatever. Then, color in the lines.
