When do you start using before the season? I use it year round because of my allergies. I just cant tolerate soap with a smell.

I will start using a couple of weeks before the season starts. With all of todays secent lock clothing I don' t think you need to start that far in advance but I could be wrong.

I start about a week before the season.

Do they make scent-free soap in a liquid? My skin dries out terribly (partly due to my diabetes) if I use bar soaps.

Hunters Specialities makes it. Its a green liquid. Walmart carries it in the sporting goods department.

I use it in the morning before I go. I brush with no scent toothpaste. No scent deodorant, I spray down my clothes, boots, coat, pack (everything) with scent killer. When I get set up I spray down again. I also use fresh earth disc cover scents. I also try to use the wind as much as possible, especially with a ground blind or a climbing stand. Don't have any problem getting close. I've had problems in the past closing the deal or getting busted. This year was much better, at least with the hogs. Got busted 3 times with the deer but didn't get a lot of time to hunt deer this year.
