How do you advertise? With tax time rolling around, there are lots of people who'll use their refund for improvements!

I use to build the nascar higher ups homes in the daytona area so I have never had to advertise until the last year. Its so bad they arent building either. I seriously have sent out like 230 resumes all over the country. I started cold calling gc's in texas where there is still work going on and I get the same awnser from them all, they use to get 5 or so resumes a month and now they are getting 30 a day. So for every job opening there are 1000 people it seams like applying for it. I started to send out resumes and started calling people 6 months ago when I saw my own business start to fall. It only took 6 months to loose everything, scary.

I got a buddy who builds high end homes here in PA. He was cranking out up to 14 houses a year there for awhile.

Hes taking remodeling and home improvement jobs know.

You take what you can get.

Yeah, same with Buddy Bill, here. He was doing a lot of jobs last year. Now, he's taking what he can get, including shoveling snow, and finish work, and he hates finish work.
