Default 2008 Muzzleloader Buck

I took this 8 point buck off public groung in Central Illinois Sat. Nov. 22nd.
The buck field dressed 150 lbs. and was 3 1/2 years old. Taken at 20 yards with a muzzleloader.
On Friday Nov. 21st I shot a 4 1/2 year old doe from the same area at 80 yards that field dressed 105 lbs.

It's good to have luck on your side from time to time.

FFAHunter, Clinton Lake SRA, Lake Shelbyville WMA and Siloam Springs State Park are the public areas I hunt on a normal basis.
I do know guys who bow hunt Kickapoo State Park whick was slated to close.
Last I heard (don't hold me to it) was all would remain open except Moraine View State Park and Weldon Springs State Park.

This governor of ours is running the DNR into the ground.
