Default venison rollups

take steak or back straps and cut slices about 1/4 in. thick pound with a meat mallet, season each strip with onion salt, garlic salt, pepper, finely chop some onions, and green peppers or hot peppers.after seasoning sprinkle on some onions and peppers, lay a strip of bacon the length of the meat over this and roll up with bacon to the inside and hold together with a tooth pick. brown both sides in a fry pan, mix up a can of cream of mushroom soup with a can of water and pour on top, cover and bake at 350 deg. for 2 -2 1/2 hours, half way through un cover and roll each one over and recover pan. enjoy with your favorite sides---tom

Sounds HOT! I wouldn't mind giving it a try, but no one else likes things spicey. They don't know what they're missing out on!
