Default Not hunting related but heart related

I have a blog that I read daily (she makes me laugh! http://rocksinmydryer.typepad.com). Today she wrote about a husband and wife who have decided to spend no money on each other for Christmas and donate what they would have spent. Well, his idea was to get women he knew who were mothers to write a letter of encouragement to his wife. Then he started thinking globally (so to speak).

He created a blog site where mothers all around the world can write a letter to his wife—well, you can read all that on the blog b/c she writes better than I could ever dream of writing.

Anywho, I think the concept is amazing . . . how many husbands would even think of doing something like that for their wife? And you know that is something she will treasure for the rest of her life. This touched my heart (yes, Virginia, there is a heart inside me) and I am sharing it everywhere I can and with everyone I know.

So, mothers on this site, if you have time between now and Christmas, I would ask that you check out the Mother Letter Project blog spot. Even if you don't write a letter I think you will be touched by the idea and if you click on the here where it says 'submit your letter here,' you can read some letter that have already been sent—just be sure to have a kleenex with you.
