Default New bowhunter
Starting my 1st Maine bowhunting season! My buddy and I have 2 stands set up, as well as several areas for our blinds. He called me the other day from his blind as he was looking at 3 does, (one of which stood broadside at about 40 yrds). He said we argrued with himself for several minutes whether he was going to take the shot or not. ( He decided to wait-didn't want to end the season as soon as it started).
Hopefully I'll have pics soon, maybe they'll even include a deer or 2.

Good choice on passing the 40 yd shot. Thats awfully far away for a new bow hunter!!!
