let me start off by saying I am a huge fan of his, I have met him once (shot show orlando fl) and he was very very nice, despite his horrible head cold he had at the time. I watch his shows all the time.
am I the only one that is very very dissapointed in his endorsement of cmere deer? He is one of the ones I thought would never go that way. thoughts? --c--

Why is endorsing an attractant disappointing to you?
Technically, food plots are attractants too. The only difference is you have to wait for the food plot to grow.

Im not disapointed in the fact hes endorsing an attractant, its that one in particular. After watching all the info on tv about it and watching the commercials it just seems like a joke. Maybe im way off here but im not the only one who thinks this way. Im NOT against baiting(where legal)im not against any form of attractant.

I have to say that Waddell is one heck of a nice guy. And that boy can flat out shoot a bow. When it comes down to crunch time he can hit his mark.
As far as sponsors go every one in the business has them and needs them. With out them they could not make a living. Now I’m not condoning promoting junk to make a buck. It’s just that there is so much out there and for some people a product may work and for others it does not. I would like to think that if he is promoting it, that he believes in it and it works for him. Just for the simple fact that he’s the hottest ticket in the hunting business right now. He should be able to pick and choose his sponsors with the amount of fame he has.

I too was surprised and a little disappointed in his endorsement of the product. For one I've never seen him use it in any of his shows and two it seems like the magic been cure. I guess I'm old school to where I hunt food sources not mineral or salt holes. It seems to me you don't have to pattern the deer you just sit over the hole and wait with no real woodsmanship involved. I'm sorry if I've offended anyone just the gut talking.

I never thought I'd see Chuck Adams promote a mechanical broadhead either as he was not a very big fan of them. I guess the Rage design changed his tune on them.
