Got burnt

Dang it.

I agreed to buy some traps from someone on another site.
Paid via Paypal on 1-5-08. He emailed me on 1-6-08 said they'd ship on 1-7-08, first thing that morning.

I've e-mailed him SEVERAL times, PM, everything. No reply and (you guessed it) no traps yet.

Guess I'm out $60.00

Why can't folks just be honest?

never send money to someone who has a personal paypal account. for this exact reason. if he wanted to sell these traps so bad, he could have arranged a COD pickup. too many scammers get online and do this stuff.

I have a personal paypal account and have sold stuff on classified forums before. So I guess you just better know who your sending your money to.

Check with Paypal, they may refund your money. I have it to happen once and them or Ebay credited my account once they finished their investigation.
