If any of ya'll have access to the lastest issue of Field and Stream, take look at the recipe fpr doves on the grill.
Better wear your fire proof pants though. The glaze is a Habanero Mustard Sauce. I just happen to have some Quail in the freezer that I'm gonna try this sauce with...MMMM !

Hot enough for sure , Habanero is HOT!
got some grouse and vension in the freezer , worth a try with a small amount of Habanero sauce ,
