I know I know..no cussing here, but I just had to say, holy cats! If I can find a Hoyt that even comes close to the General, it's mine!! I shot the general yesterday and I was blown away. It's light, there's no shock and the only noise is a "ptt" That's it!!

I shot a lot of different bows but I never shot a bowtech. I heard Ssavage arms bought them out. I wonder how thats gonna effect them.

I shoot a Diamond "Black Ice" by Bowtech and I couldnt be more satisfied!!!

Nothing but good news Adam. The acquisition of Bowtech by Savage arms was a win, win for both companies. Nothing changes but for the good for Bowtech.

Monie, I agree, I've never shot a bow in all my life that shoots like the General. I thought the Guardian was amazing but the General is a jaw dropper.

All of the center pivot designed bowtechs shoot fantastic, I was a big Hoyt shooter for many years and while they are still a fantastic bow, they do not shoot for me as well as my commander does. I bought a new hoyt 38 pro xl for spots last year, and while it shot great, I shot just a little better with the commander, plus with the commander there is no shock and very little noise. There are alot of great bows out there today, with hoyt and bowtech truly at the top of many peoples wish list. you will not go wrong with the general, I have shot there entire lineup this year, and they are all winners.

I shoot a Martin but I shot the Gander Mountain Elite Tech Hunter and loved it! Best bow I've ever shot. It's basically the Diamond Black Ice under Gander's name. Limbsaver just came out with a new bow. My buddies at Gander are going to let me shoot it when they get their first one. I can't wait!
