I was watching SWD2 last night and noticed these little Black Disc's attached to everyone's hats. What the heck is that thing for? Some scent type thing or what?

No disk...but you'd be amazed at what that Scent-a-way spray will do! Now if I just would have taken pictures of that blood trail......

I bought some fresh earth for bear this spring,it smells just like the real thing.Going to try it with mully in the next couple weeks.

We get an extra container of them and throw one or two into the plastic tub we keep our hunting clothes in. Speaking as a loyal Hunter's Specialties client, I concur with the previous statements, with one exception.

I do not condone the dragging of HH around a field by a leg in any way, shape, or form.

There are certain individuals, none of whom are here, that I would condone that type interaction with, and in fact given the opportunity, I might be an active, giggling participant in said affairs.

I swear, I am away from the computer for a few days and some how my name is drug into this conversation. I have to keep a watchful eye on this bunch it appears. Cooner those little black disks are called "Hunters Good luck charms" I always keep a few on my hat, boots, belt whatever or they can sometimes be used as a cow repellent's. If you wear them on your hat and hunt with Mo, they have the ability to repel cows. Or, in my case, they could be used as ID tags in case I hunt with her again and need to have some form of ID for my dead body, or perhaps, I could put one on each boot, one on each arm in case of limbs becoming detached from the body. BTW, my chiropractor loves it with I hunt with Mo...he gets the opporutnity to make money off of me for weeks at a time.

But in all seriousness (which does not seem to be a priority on this forum at times) those disks are awesome. I have a few cases (yes cases) of them as well.
