Can anyone tell me if lighted arrow nocks are legal in Ontario???

Look for a warden when you are up there and let one fly! Im sure you will know shortly if they are illegal!

they are. or at least i hope so because guys in our bear camp have used them before.

I've never seen anything in the regulations about them being illegal. I'll check with my hunting partner about them as he works for the MNR and will post his reply here.
