Here's a new one for me. My buddy Randy stepped on it. I saved him. It was a team effort but I came away with the win. Randy is now enslaved to me for the rest of his natural born life.



While he was pinned to the ground I stepped on his head and cut it off.

I have never seen a big guy jump like that!

Yes, they are rattlesnakes without the rattles. They are extremely venemous. The good news is that they are fairly docile not like the cottonmouth around our parts which is very agressive. I used to stand over them then smash their heads in with a rock. Their first instinct and biggest fault is when they sense danger they do not get agressive, they stay still as if to be hiding. The bowkill was fairly easy, albeit ultra cool!

Well I see we have some folks with some great fears or snake phobias to work on. Killing all snakes is not cool, relocating them is cool.

we relocate snakes, turtles, and Billy trapped a raccoon at a job site and let it go in the woods outback last year too.

The area I hunt is supposedly eat up with rattlers and copperheads. In the 20 years that I've hunted it, I've seen 2 snakes. Both of those were big blacksnakes.
