Come on over, girl! We'll hit the woods together! We'll shows those boys how it's done!!

Who knows, I might even whip up some squirrel and dumplings!! I'll make sure to add lots of veggies and leave the squirrel out of your bowl.

Just so you all know, Cabela's puts out some kick@$$ sausage kits!! I made summer sausage with some of the antelope meat and it turned out great!! I let some girls at work try it and they thought it was really good and asked for a hunk of it!! That was after I told them what kind of meat it was, and that's a big deal because they all professed to hate all types of game!! HA!! We just may have some converts! No if I can only ease them into hunting....lol

Default Venison Stroganoff

tenderloins(or other parts)cut into little pieces.
small onion diced.
mushrooms(fresh or jarred).
one container heavy whipping cream.
seasonings. I use lawrys seasoned pepper, garlic powder, and lawrys seasoned salt.

take deer meat and brown in skillet in olive oil.
when almost cooked thru, add onions and mushrooms(if using fresh).
drain.
put back in skillet and add seasoning, heavy whipping cream, and muchrooms if using jarred.
heat to boiling.
reduce heat, and let simmer til cream thinkens.
add more spices to taste if needed.
spoon over noodles, taters, or bisquits.
ENJOY!!!

Once someone hears that hollyhoyt is a vegetarian. They never forget! And dont forget when you order a salad ask for lettuce with it! Right firediver!
