Man oh man, do I LUUUUUVVVVVVVVVVV dove hunting!!!!

Dove and quail is where I cut my hunting teeth! You really just can't beat friends and family getting together for a shoot on opening day!

When I get to be rich and famous, instead of beautiful, I'll be replacing my 870 Wingmaster. Mine went up in flames, along with the rest of the guns, at the family ranch.

Right now, I'm using an 870 Express...not exactly your ideal wing gun. It'll do, for now.

Well I'm more the Pheasant kind of upland bird guy, but I do have a .410. I suppose that would do huh??

Love to hunt doves too. I have friend who plant sunflowers . It will be Aaron first dove hunt this year. Our lab died this pass winter so I'll be the dog

I havent dove hunted in years. It opens the same day as goose.

I haven't hunted dove yet...but, going to change that come opening day here in Missouri. Got a group of gals together and were going to see what it's all about.

It's kinda like Sporting Clays ,but you can eat these birds! Lots of shooting and a few birds to show for the wasted shells(least when I go). 1st day of dove season is a real social event in some areas, with cook outs, laughter(lots for my guys) and good fun.

I tried dove hunting when I lived out in Oklahoma.

Never really caught on to the speed of them little buggers.

I've moved on to bigger easier targets!!!

Am looking forward to the season, it get's me ready for the up coming waterfowl seaon. To bad they closed Canvasback season. No big game this year; making it to tough to draw anything now.
