Default Gobbling

Indiana's season was over several weeks ago, but within the last week I have seen more tom's strutting, and today, in between the thunderstorms the gobblers are going nuts. It is driving me crazy;0
can't wait to fall...

I just returned from Texas this morning and we saw turkeys strutting in every state on the way home.

The birds are extremely vocal over here in Hoosierland. I think our season should be extended a few more weeks. I will petition the DNR to consider it

I seen a hen in our field yesterday during the rain, but no Gobblers. Haven't really been out to see or hear them either.

Lisa if you do that and it passes there won't be ANY in the fall!

Good lord they'll have to ration! No Thanksgiving Turkey! No Christmas Turkey! Then you'll take up goose hun......

Nevermind... I didn't mention that... Never said anything at all about goose hunting... Wouldn't want you to wipe them out too! Then I won't have anything to do!
