Default clovers for whitetails

i'm trying to find out what kind of clovers i could plant up here that could stand a little could in sept and oct.

I am planting four different kinds but I can't remember which is the better in the later season. I get all my advise from my biologist friend Daniel at Wildlife Management Solutions. They also have the seed. You can call him (click the link and the number is on the site) and he will guide in the right direction.
