What I'm serious! The closest I've ever been was when a BIG OL grey muzzle came wandering on to the 11th hole as I was about to drive of the tee. Lucky for the Elk my dad saw him or I might have drilled him. My dad yelled and he looked back at us and headed back up the hill. Ever since then, I've thought about that monster. Had me shakin so bad on the tee I sliced my shot about 270 out!

Since Ralph was was a guide out here, maybe he could come out of retirement.

Also, Elk licenses here are OTC...

My brother in law is on the western slope, and very familiar with all of the areas around Grand Junction, so lodging could eaily be worked out.

Geez.. what more can I say? Heck... I'd even shower!

We hunt deer and hogs 365 here in Hawaii. Probably too far to go for a hunt. But, just had to mention it. Hunt, Sun, surf, hunt, fish, hunt, sightsee, hunt. Then later, we can go hunting.

for me to join the group, we'll have to do it before June. As of the 4th, I'm having hip replacement surgery and will be out of commission for a while.

pbg, you'll be back on your feet and walking before you leave the hospital. be back to normal activity in a month or so. dad had it done and went to vegas 6 weeks after the surgery.
