Here in Indiana, we have a 2 bird/year limit. 1 tom in spring and either sex in fall.
We only have a spring hunt in Georgia, but we can take up to 3 gobblers. No hens.

Wow! With the limits higher does that mean that the birds are fairly plentiful? They were almost extinct here fifty years ago but they were reintroduced and have now made a surprising comeback.
