Alot cheaper in Indiana than in Maryland or even southern Pa where I am.

There are pricey spots like Carmel but if you go 30 min outside of Indianapolis the price goes down quick.

BD - LOL!! Yeah, I heard that "boom" or whatever it was. I think one of the planes from Grissom AFB went down and the military got on it before anyone else could get there.

York - Indy is only 45 minutes. Lots of people here commute. Ahhh...just stick with country living and you'll be ok. If you haven't found a place, here are some resources you can use:

Realtor.com

Zillow.com - provides comps for surrounding homes.

Homepath.com - Fannie Mae site. You may find a steal here.

BeaconGIS.com - Depending on the county, you can search an address, or name, and find out what the current homeowner paid, and what the taxes are, etc.
