need stand or blind set up help

I went for a quad ride today to check out some of the father in laws land and found a spot with lots of deer sign.In the pics the white line is his property and the red outline is a no hunting quater(with a pile of deer on it).The deer have trails going from the no hunitng area to the father in laws.I want to set up ther for next fall(to late for me this year).

Question is how to set up

I was thinking of putting a blind in the red spot or a tree stand in the blue spot.

the green area was thinking of puting some kind of bait not sure what because there is crop in the rest of the feild.
