OK, since season has been in for a while, let's have everyone's recipe for some yummy summer sausage. I use Cablea's, but it's too salty.

no recipe but i did get my summer sausage back from the locker today,,, yum yum.. j&c cheese and plain. I am set for awhile!

He also does some great Smokies! I would love to see some good recipes posted on here.
