As Timba implied it's the cardio type workout and that's why I said go climb that hill with a full pack to get you back in shape cardio wise. Yorkarcher has it, change it up.
I workout about 2 to 3 times a week and walk about two miles every other day and love to get back to jogging this winter some. And I'm allergic to about everything too and sit at work too. I'm 6ft and 180# and 57 years old and I shoot 50 arrows a day pulling 70# bow. I know can stay up with some 30 somethings guys cutting trees and stacking firewood. I'm not bragging just saying you can stay fit - you just have to commit to it.
