Default Hello from Kashabowie
Hi gang,
I hope everyone is behaving while I'm away.

Today is the 5th day of our hunt and we are rained out....it has been a downpour all day with lots of lightening.

We are waiting for cold and calm but so far it has been warm and windy. We knew going into this trip that cold and calm was a must....and that type of weather is supposed to show up after this rain moves through.

The country is absolutely beautiful and Kashabowie Outposts is a top notch hunting (and fishing) camp.

Out of 10 possible sits so far.....we've only been able to get out 6. Strong windy days are not hunting days because all we will end up doing is boogering up the spot. We are cow calling over a decoy and a bull won't hear us in the wind. Rain isn't a show-stopper but the rain we've had has also included lightening.

5 days to go starting tomorrow so wish us luck!!!!
