What broke? Was it the deck itself? Is it weldable?

Its one off the pulleys on the deck. Something snapped I dont know much about it. All I know its not gonna cost to much to fix. And my dad is gonna leave me use his to finish up.

I was mowing my plots and trails the other day for the last time and was on the last plot area I wanted to mow when the tractor started spewing deisel everywhere!!!! Didn't get it done, and won't get done. At least it's not too tall!!!
