I was back out today, and drew on a doe but saw a fawn with her so I gave her the pass. 5 minutes later an 8 point that I have on trail cam stepped into my shooting lane but his vitals were blocked by a tree. I watched him feed from 10-30 yards from me until he slipped off in another direction. never gave me a 100% ethical shot. At one point I drew on him again thinking he was walking into another lane I had. it was fun though, rather have em walk off for another day than risk a bad shot.

I will be out again in the am!

thanks! I dont think I could ever shoot a doe with a fawn. Ive seen it done but I would just feel bad.

by the way, i was back out today and saw 1 doe, and it poured on me for 3 hours!! so I am inside and dry now. be back out in the am!
