This is also the best way to grill venison IMO.
take breastmeat, rub both sides with salt, pepper and garlic. put in zip lock, completley sumbmerge in extra virgin olive oil. for puddlers or red meat put in fridge for 4-24 hours. for divers or geese put in fridge 24-48 hours. grill meat till rare-med rare. eat, your duck breastmeat will taste like a filet. your welcome
