Default Update from Oklahoma
Chokma everyone -

using the great tips from Monie and others, I've been working on getting my form down. I haven't been focusing on accuracy but sound form and shooting technique. The pain in my arm is gone and I'm feeling pretty good. This weekend I purchased a Rinehart Broadhead Buck, in order to prepare for the deer bow season which starts October 1 in OK. I'm getting all kill-zone shots from 20, 30 and 40 yards, best group was 1.5" at 40 yards (I was shocked myself). Anyhow, I'm feeling better and better about taking a deer this year with my bow. That is plent good enough for hunting! Congrats on great grouping. Now, go out there with the same confidence you have when you practice. Tell yourself, "Anything within 40 yards is already dead if I get to full draw." Your average shot will be closer than 40...probably 20. Just stay confident in your abilities AND BEND AT THE WAIST from a treestand (single biggest mistake bowhunters make from treestands).

That’s great to hear. I always tell people at the pro shop that you need to feel good about your shooting and your equipment to be successful in the field. It sounds like your there, keep up the good work.
