Thanks for asking. Last I heard, HOT! The temps are unbelievable over there. Might be why them folks are always in such bad moods.

He's due back, state side, this weekend (we hope). I found out the other day, from his wife, that he got hung up for almost 24 hrs in DC on his way over to Iraq. Wish I'd have known it! It would have been worth the 6hr ride up there just to see him.
He'll be back in Ca. for 6 weeks, then heads back for 7 months.

We'll we are all thinking of him, and I am in contact with Sportsmans warehouse to see if I can't get back issues of their Sportsman's news sent out there for them.

VA_Hunter — Be sure and tell your boy thank you from all of us, be safe, and that we are praying for him. My church (and several others I know) send up extra prayers just for the men and women who are in uniform and serving in Iraq at every service and they are listed first on our prayer list. We are so grateful for all they're doing.
