Chokma (hello) Monie!
I'm alive and kicking. The arm and shoulder are solid. I just focused on shooting between 12 and 24 arrows a day for the last several weeks and the pain is just about gone. I think the muscles are finally getting it. I've been too busy to hit the 3D course, but I'm stacking my arrows within 1.5-2" at 10 yards. The flyers and screwups are slipped concentration and probably bad form. I'm poking along, but really need to have one of the local 3D guys look at my form and give me some pointers. It's a matter of time, I'll get it eventually.
