Well our bear season is over in the central part of the province (it's still open farther north) and things did heat up just as expected some hog bears were seen and a few were shot in the last week that i guided there were 2 bears over 20" and the rest were some really nice bears as well. I did manage to get out myself 3 times but just never had the bear that i was looking for come in on the last day i passed on a really nice bear pobably 19" skull and 250-275 with a nice blaze had to do some trigger finger management and hold true to my word 20" or bust. I hope to get out this fall to add to the guys side of the bear contest. enjoy the pics

Glenboro is on Hwy 2 west of the peg 2 hours
Timba there were few bears that were rubbed but nothing to bad just yet most hunters passed on them if they seen big rubs almost all the bears had some kind of battle wounds on them. |
