Whats a monster buck in your area?

A friend showed me a 170's buck last year. He looked like he had tree limbs, instead of antlers!

Average, I'd say about 150, though they are pretty tough to get to.

Yeah I would say the same for upstate New York anything over 125 would be big for here. But bull are you in an area with antler restrictions and do you think it is working? I hunt in sullivan county and this is the 2nd year for the area I hunt and it seems to working.

I might add that we are seeing bigger bucks, because of the one buck rule that was instituted 5 years ago.

You get one buck per year, no matter what weapon you use.

Wow I am sure that has to help where I hunt a buck has to have 3 or more on one side. But you can take one with the bow and gun

Yes we have a 3 to one side rule. It definitely is helping but I wish we would go to 4 to one side like the western part of the state.

most of the really nice bucks that i have seen scored are around 125'', give or take....
