clovers for whitetails

i'm trying to find out what kind of clovers i could plant up here that could stand a little could in sept and oct.

I am planting four different kinds but I can't remember which is the better in the later season. I get all my advise from my biologist friend Daniel at Wildlife Management Solutions.
